Navigation expanders

1. Check that an expander symbol appears next to the title of each page that has (non-excluded) children.

2. Check that clicking on the expander causes the children to be alternately revealed and hidden, independently of the selected page.

3. Check that an expander symbol appears next to the collection named Navigation Tests.

4. Check that clicking on the expander causes the top-level pages in that collection to be alternately revealed and hidden, independently of the selected page.

5. Check that selecting a page not in the collection hides its top-level pages.
